Meet the Team
Mark has been growing ADI since inception. After 25+ years of domestic and international experience, Mark spends the majority of his time in front of prospects and customers. Mark’s main role is to assure that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner and to seek new services and technologies that will help clients cut costs and increase efficiency.
Rich Boulé brings over 20 years of experience in Operations and Product Development. Rich has served in senior roles in engineering products for the networking industry. Rich most recently served as the VP of Core Engineering for Sonus Networks.
Prior to Sonus Rich was the Sr. Director of remote development for Cedar Point Communications. Rich also served as the Sr. Director of Voice Engineering at 3Com Corporation. In this role Rich was responsible for Small to Medium Enterprise Voice switch software and all voice hardware made and sourced by the company. Previously Rich worked at Gold Wire Technology as the VP of Engineering. Gold Wire developed and sold products to Enterprise customers for managing changes to their network infrastructure.
Previously Boulé worked at YAS Corporation, a venture capital and broadband consulting firm. Boulé managed the development and roll out of the provisioning systems for the RoadRunner high-speed cable modem service. Prior to YAS Corporation, he served as the General Manager of the Remote Access Division for Bay Networks where high density servers with the first digital modem implementation in the industry were introduced.
Boulé also served as the VP of Engineering for Xylogics. Prior to Xylogics, Boulé held engineering management positions at Proteon and GE. Boulé holds a master's degree from the University of Vermont, Burlington, VT and a bachelor's degree from Western New England College, Springfield, MA. Rich also holds CCENT, CCNA and CCDA certifications from Cisco.
Sue's responsibilities are to administer all operations at ADI, both customer related and within the corporation. Sue comes to ADI with over ten years of experience in support and administration.
Sue started her career at State Street Bank, moving to become the Trust administrator for Foley, Hoag & Eliot in Boston.
